ALAT - Additional Characters 1

Part of my A Link Across Time project.

I didn't want to have to update the other sheets to include additional (minorish) characters, so I made one sheet to showcase them. Because I'm on fire.
The image above is separated into the different ages, color-coded to match the other images I've already submitted. So let me introduce you to these characters:

AGE OF DAWNING: (brown)

• Scervo: Like I said in my Age of Dawning submission, I had this idea that Scervo and Dreadfuse were once allies of the forces of good (Hylia and the Hero), but Scervo ended up mutinying against Skipper and stole the ship that housed Nayru's Flame (the Sandship). I don't presume to know what caused his defection, but I'm guessing it was some Ghirahim-induced reprogramming. Anyways, this is my attempt of modifying my Dreadfuse sprite into a Scervo one. See the hat?

AGE OF CHAOS: (violet)

• King Gustaf, one of the earlier kings of Hyrule's history, father to Rayna and Tessa, husband of Alenna. Yes, the same King Gustaf from Minish Cap. I even used the same sprite, combined with King Daltus's, and recolored because reasons. A friend to both the Minish and the Wind Tribe.
• Tessa, Grand Duchess of Hyrule, sister to Crown Princess Rayna. And envious of her, to boot. She's primarily responsible for the troubles caused in this era, all in an effort to gain the crown - and the Triforce, before it gets sealed within the Temple of Time. Her fate ultimately sheds light on a mysterious chapter in Hyrule's history, but I won't tell you what just yet.

AGE OF UNIFICATION: (green)

    Row 1:

• A sprite of the mysterious Dragon Egg that Link finds. Looking at the coloration, guess who's inside! 
• A Zora Egg, belonging to the Zora Royal Family. When the egg is misplaced, the Zoras are quick to blame the Gorons for its disappearance. Link's task among the Zoras in this time period is to find the egg and return it to the Zora Royal Family. Then, as soon as he has, the egg hatches before his eyes...
• ... producing this Zora Hatchling. The Royal Family name her Laruto. More on her later.

    Row 2:

• Kafei and Anju, a young couple. Any Zelda fan knows the love story of Kafei and Anju of Termina, from Majora's Mask. The only official depictions we have of these two are an adult Anju and a young (cursed) Kafei. Even during the wedding scene at the end of the game, we are shown Anju from what I'm guessing is Kafei's perspective... We never see him cured of his curse, but from the angle of the camera, I can guess that the curse has been lifted. I made the young Anju sprite just for kicks and giggles.

AGE OF CIVIL WAR: (gray)

    Row 1:

• Laruto, 8 years later. I at first wanted to make a very Ruto-like sprite (i.e., with a different head), but then changed my mind and renamed this character Laruto, the same as the one who would later be important in The Wind Waker.
  Next to her I've placed sprites of how she would look like a bit older (therefore NOT within the scope of ALAT), and again as a Sage of the Master Sword. The main differences between the two are the palette swaps and the crown.

    Row 2:

• Kafei and Anju, older. The Anju sprite is taken straight from Minish Cap, but Kafei's is custom. Again, we never see what he officially looks like as an adult, so this is my interpretation.
• Malon as an adult. Alternatively, this can also be used to represent Cremia of Termina, from Majora's Mask. 
• Fado, a Kokiri and expert violinist. I realized that once I brought in Laruto into this story, that Fado would of necessity show up as well.
  

AGE OF SKYRULE: (blue)

    Row 1:

• Rune, Ralph's father. This guy is only meant to be shown in a flashback, because his airship was shot down by the forces of darkness. I wanted to make him a homage to the Classic Link (see the cap?), but still distinctly Ralph's father (see the red hair?), as well as fashionably sensible within the steampunk-like world of Skyrule (see the coat?). He also wears a white bandana, because bandanas and scarves are apparently cool nowadays. (BTW, you get a treat if you know where Rune's namesake comes from.)
  
• Daphnes, King of Hyrule. As such, he is also the representative of Hyrule before the Council of Skyrule, where he is treated as an equal. His design is remniscent of the King of Hyrule's from A Link to the Past (watch during the credits).
• Prince Zakor, Crown Prince of Hyrule, brother of Marin. Directly in charge of the Hyrule Defense Force, tasked with protecting the home front while the King focuses on the war against the forces of darkness. Headstrong, proud, and arrogant, he is slow to take advice, even under stress. Some would even go so far as to call him a buffoon, an idiot, a total moron... So much so, that a few people, such as Rosa, believe he's trying to be stupid on purpose.

    Row 2:

• Oh, I had no other space to put this, but check it out: a Hyrule Warriors design of Ganondorf, in Minish Cap style sprite form!
  
• Agahnim, mysterious wizard from the surface world. Claims to be descendant of both the Gerudo and the Sheikah. Defects to Skyrule in order to feed the Hyrulean army information concerning who's in command of the armies of darkness, and why they chose this period of time to begin attacking. The King makes him adviser to that end, but there's still something sinister about him.
• Maybe is has to do with his palette swap, which Agahnim dons once he's gained some power over the people?

AGE OF DARKNESS: (red)

• Abradelle's cursed form. Yes, it's based on the "Fat Fairy" from A Link to the Past. In that game, she says something along the lines of "Ganon's power cursed me into this form", so I figured why not. Kasuto has to help her break free by destroying the monster sustaining this curse, but only if he feels especially paragon. (LOL, Mass Effect reference.)
